4 · HOW LONG WE RETAIN PERSONAL DATA

We do not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. For the personal data we process, we apply a retention period of 5 years. Candidates do not typically change jobs every year, so data must remain available for a longer period to ensure we can continue to provide you with sound advice and guidance .

5 · SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

Fornell Human Capital will disclose your personal data to third parties only when it is necessary for the performance of our assignment (for example, to a client in connection with a search) or when we are legally required to do so.

In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ code, passport number, and Social Security number to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, and in any case
