We process your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself, for example through your resume, a job application, or a conversation with one of our consultants. This includes, among other things:

Our website and services are not intended to collect data from visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. We cannot verify the age of visitors and therefore recommend that parents remain involved in their children’s online activities. 4 · HOW LONG WE RETAIN PERSONAL DATA

We do not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In doing so, we follow the guidelines of the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

If you have not given us permission to retain your data for a longer period, we will delete it no later than four weeks after the conclusion of the process for which we were in contact with you.

If you do give us your consent, we will retain your information for up to one year after the conclusion of the process so that we can contact you about positions that are a good fit for you. After that year, we will ask for your consent again; if you do not give it, we will delete your information. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting info@fornell.eu.

If you were hired through our placement services, we will retain the information necessary for follow-up support and the warranty for up to twelve months after you start your new position. We will retain information that we are required to keep by law—such as our financial records—for as long as required by law.


5 · SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

Fornell Human Capital will only disclose your personal data to third parties when it is necessary for the performance of our assignment (for example, to a client in connection with a search) or when we are legally required to do so.

This means that you can submit a request to us to have the personal data we hold about you sent to you or to an organization of your choice.

You can send a request to access, correct, delete, or transfer your data, or to withdraw your consent, to info@fornell.eu. To verify that the request was actually made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your ID. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ code, passport number, and Social Security number to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, and in any case within four weeks.

Are you dissatisfied with the way we handle your data? If so, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.


8 · PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Confidentiality is central to the way we handle confidential information from candidates and clients. Fornell Human Capital takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, and unauthorized modification. These measures are continuously strengthened in line with the latest technological developments.
