In 2016, Rafael Fornell founded the firm, which focuses on executive search and leadership consulting.
His conviction was clear: organizations perform better when exceptional talent is at the helm.
Based on that conviction, Fornell Human Capital quickly established a unique position in the Dutch market.
Today, we select leaders for top-level positions: senior management, boards of directors, and
